    All you need is a glass of hot water and a few dried rose petals. Sprinkle the rose petals in the water and let them infuse. After a few minutes, strain and drink.

    Dr Savaliya shared that rose tea not just helps manage stress but has a bunch of other uses as well, including mouth ulcers, excessive thirst, vomiting, migraine, acidity, excess bleeding, depression, anxiety, overthinking and more.

    "Rose Tea is my go-to drink when I'm stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply exhausted," the Ayurvedic expert wrote. 


    Furthermore, she described the Ayurvedic qualities of rose in her post, writing that it aids in digestion, cardiovascular health, and skin complexion, improves illnesses such as gastritis, sore throat, laryngitis, sunstroke, and so on, and it is effective in fever.

    The Process to Make Rose Tea:

    Take a glass of hot water and a few dried rose petals. Allow the rose petals to infuse with the water. Strain and consume after a few minutes.
