Digital Desk: Recently, a number of videos from the Delhi metro grabbed the news. From Rhythm Chanana's fashion choices, which received both praise and wrath, to an incident in which a lady pepper-sprayed another passenger following a violent disagreement. Continuing the tradition, our favourite metro is once more making news. This time, a clip of a couple on a train holding hands, kissing, and hugging went viral on social media. While many called it a "shameful act," others pushed for it to be "normalized."

The viral video was shared by Richa Sharma. The viral video showed a young boy and a young girl embracing and kissing each other in a crowded Delhi Metro compartment.

While some internet users warned the couple about kissing in public, many others blasted the person who recorded the video without approval. Many people believe that public displays of affection should be encouraged.

One user wrote, "Filming someone without their consent or posting a video of the same is punishable under IPC Section 354 C, But this is about a culture that is so frustrated that it can't even see two young people show affection." "Right now, the Delhi metro is the most happening place in India," another user wrote. While another wrote, "Videos of passengers fighting over seats, women travelling naked to make a strong statement, couples kissing in public, and so on have become a daily source of entertainment for us. Culture shifts here!"

Earlier, a girl on the Delhi Metro drew attention on social media for her fashion choice. She was clothed in a skirt and a DIY bralette. When photographs and videos of the girl became viral on the internet, netizens became interested in her. The girl was eventually identified as Rhythm Chanana.

DMRC published a statement in response to her viral videos. "It's surprising that the DMRC appears to have forgotten their own rule that no filming is allowed inside the metro. If they have a problem with my fashion choices, they should have a problem with the people who videotaped it," the 19-year-old told a news outlet.

Chanana stated that she had been traveling in this manner for several months. "It just so happens to be going viral right now. I was not allowed to travel on the Pink Line in Delhi but I had no issues on any other line," she stated.
