Delhi Assembly: CM Kejriwal alleges PM Modi is the main investor backing Adani
Arvind Kejriwal claimed that Prime Minister Modi "pressurised" Sri Lanka into granting the $442 million wind power project to the Adani Group.

Digital Desk: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has launched an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Adani issue. Arvind Kejriwal said in the Delhi Assembly on Tuesday, "If an ED or CBI probe takes place (in the Hidenburg Report), Modi ji will go down, not Adani."

"Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done nothing for anyone, so why is he so kind to his friend?" said Arvind Kejriwal. The Hindenburg report came is working to save Adani. There is also a political perception."

"It is said that Adani is only the forerunner; Modi is the investor behind him," Delhi's chief minister added.

Arvind Kejriwal alleged that PM Modi “pressurized” Sri Lanka into giving the $442-million wind power project to the Adani Group.

"Modiji forced Sri Lanka to give Adani the wind project...Technically, the project was not given to Adani, but to himself (PM Modi). When Rajapaksa was asked about it in the Sri Lankan Parliament, he said that he gave the project under pressure,” Arvind Kejriwal said in the Delhi Assembly on Tuesday.
