Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma claimed on Sunday that the Congress must have
"gathered some knowledge" about EVMs in order for the grand old party
to win the Karnataka Assembly elections. The southern state will vote on May 10
and the results will be announced on May 13, with the Congress attempting to
unseat the present BJP government.
