While Nikhat, a two-time Strandja Memorial gold medalist, blanked Haryana's Minakshi 7-0 in a unanimous decision, Lovlina defeated Railways Pooja by the same score.
Nitu (48kg) and Jasmine (60kg) were also on the qualifying list for the quadrennial event.
Nikhat seemed to be in possession during her fight, hitting solid blows while twirling around the ring.
Nitu, a two-time previous youth world champion, defeated 2019 silver medalist Manju Rani 5-2 in a close decision.
