Digital Desk: Two militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir. According to Jammu and Kashmir Police, the confrontation began early this morning in the Alshipora region of Shopian. According to police, terrorists were involved in the death of Kashmiri Pandit Sanjay Sharma.
Notably, Security personnel are carrying on with their work.

Furthermore, The Kashmir Zone Police posted on the microblogging platform X (previously Twitter) stated, "The two terrorists, identified as Morifat Maqbool and Jazim Farooq, alias Abrar, of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)."

The terrorists who killed Kashmiri Pandit Sanjay Sharma in February. Sanjay Sharma was a bank security guard, in the Achan region of south Kashmir's Pulwama district. He was fired at while driving to a nearby market.
Later, he was taken to a local hospital for additional treatment, where he died as a result of his injuries.
