Altogether 4,64,75,609 doses of vaccines have been administered in the state so far, the NHM added.

Digital Desk: Assam registered 43 new cases of COVID-19, a bulletin issued by the National Health Mission (NHM) said.

Out of the 43 fresh cases, 32 have been reported from Kamrup Metro, while 8 cases are from Kamrup Rural, 2 from Kokrajhar district, and 1 has been reported from Hojai.

As of now, Assam has a total of 217 active cases.

Notably, altogether 4,64,75,609 doses of vaccines have been administered in the state so far, the NHM added.

As per the reports of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare statement on Sunday, India has reported 15,940 fresh cases of COVID in the last 24 hours.

Moreover, the active number of COVID-19 cases in India is 91, 779.
