Modi will be contesting from the Varanasi constituency for the third time.

Wayanad Seat
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is the MP from Wayanad seat. This time too he will be seen contesting from the same Wayanad seat on behalf of Congress. The party has already announced his name. The Republican Party of India (Athawale) (RPI), which is part of the ruling NDA coalition, has announced its candidate for the seat (Nusrat Jahan).

Nagpur

Amethi
This high-profile seat of UP remains in discussion. Smriti Irani is the MP from BJP on this seat which was once the stronghold of the Gandhi-Nehru family. Here she defeated Rahul Gandhi. Till now Congress has not announced its candidate for Amethi.
Voting on this seat will be held in the fifth phase on May 20.
Lucknow
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is the candidate from BJP on this seat which is considered to be the stronghold of BJP and he is also the sitting MP here. This time it remains to be seen how the competition will be.

Mumbai North

Vidisha
