Guwahati: In the latest development, six students have tested positive for Covid including one professor in Dispur College. The college is however continuing with its pre-test examination even after the detection of the cases.
The administration has taken no steps to close the college or cancel the examination. Meanwhile, the administration has given no comments on the development.

Earlier, six students tested positive for Covid in B Borooah College along with 20 students testing positive for the virus in Guwahati University. Classes have been cancelled in the GU following the report of the virus outbreak in its campus.
