Alia Bhatt will be seen at Gucci's Cruise 2024 exhibition next week in Seoul, South Korea...

Digital Desk: Gucci, the Italian luxury fashion brand, has named Alia Bhatt as its first global brand ambassador from India. The news follows Bhatt's recent appearance at the Met Gala in New York City.

According to rumours, Bhatt will feature at Gucci's upcoming Cruise 2024 exhibition in Seoul, South Korea. On May 16, 2023, the exhibition will be held in the Gyeongbokgung Palace to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the opening of the first Gucci store in Seoul.

Alia Bhatt, a fashion icon in India, established the sustainable clothing business Ed-a-Mamma in 2020. She has also invested in Nykaa, a fashion retailer, and StyleCracker, a personalised styling firm.

Gucci's global brand ambassadors include Harry Styles, Dakota Johnson, and Hanni of the K-pop group NewJeans.

Recently, Alia Bhatt stole the show in a Prabal Gurung ivory ball gown at the 2023 Met Gala. The most recent Met Gala paid tribute to iconic German designer Karl Lagerfeld.

Bhatt will make her Hollywood debut in Netflix's Heart of Stone, alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. The film is advertised as an action spy thriller. She will also appear with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's directorial return, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.

Bhatt's recent films have performed well at the box office, including Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR, and Brahmstra: Part One - Shiva. In 2022, she made her debut as a producer with the critically acclaimed Netflix film Darlings.
