Digital Desk: Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt who never fails to encourage her fans and followers, opened out about her decision to get married and have a child while still at the peak of her career. In a recent interview, the actress stated that she has no regrets.

Alia Bhatt stated to ETimes that she doesn't care whether being a mother affects anything related to her career. Yes, she admitted, "I made the decision to get married and have a child at the height of my profession. But who says having a spouse or a child will have any impact on how I approach my work? If it does, then so be it. I don't care. I was confident that I would never look back on my choice to become a parent. It comes from instinct. It was the wisest choice I have ever made.

In a recent interview, Shaheen Bhatt also addressed the rumours that Alia will stop working when she is ready to become a mother.

Shaheen said in a statement to News18. "I won't speak for her (Alia). That is her own journey. Everything she has experienced inwardly is entirely her path. Having said that, nobody is easy to please. There will always be one or two unfavourable remarks. And I believe that because we all live in the spotlight, we are all very skilled at recognising what to pay attention to and what not to focus on."

Shaheen continued, "In that way, it has been a good year for our family. This past year, it had significant growth. We only have more joy and happiness ahead of us, and I am eager for it."
