Digital Desk: Television actor Tunisha Sharma allegedly committed suicide today while shooting a serial in Vasai, Maharashtra's Palghar district, according to police. On the set, the 20-year-old walked to the washroom and did not return for a long time. When the door was broken down, she was found hanging inside.
The actress was taken to a hospital by crew members, where she was declared dead.
Senior Inspector Kailash Barve of the Valiv police station said that a police team was present. While many on the set claim that Tunisha Sharma committed suicide, police stated they are looking into all possibilities.

She began her career as an actor when she was a little child, portraying Chand Kanwar in the Sony TV series "Maharana Pratap." She has since appeared in many television programmes and Bollywood films.
Only a few hours before she passed away, Tunisha Sharma was active on Instagram. "Those who are pushed by their Passion Doesn't stop," she wrote alongside a shot she had taken on the scene of the shoot.
