Despite the runway excursion, Alliance Air says all passengers are safe.

Digital Desk: All 55 Alliance Air passengers are safe after flight with 55 passengers goes off the runway at Jabalpur Runway excursion, Alliance Air released a statement saying all passengers are on board a flight with 55 people aboard an ATR-72 aircraft that went off the runway at Jabalpur on Saturday. Last month, an Alliance Air flight left Mumbai for Gujarat's Bhuj without its engine cover, which fell off the runway at Mumbai airport. There was no threat to the passengers' safety. Air traffic control sounded an alert when the engine cowl came off. The pilot was unaware of that alert and landed safely at Bhuj. The flight carried more than 60 passengers. BFC banner
