  • Israel Orang is resident of Jungle Line at Salmari Tea Estate in Moran

Digital Desk: A 35-year-old man from Moran, identified as Israel Orang, has been missing for seven months after leaving home in search of employment in another state.

Israel, a resident of the Jungle Line in Salmari Tea Estate, Moran, departed for Kerala on March 20 with a group of locals, hoping to find work.

However, before reaching his destination, he lost contact with his companions, and there has been no trace of him since.

His prolonged absence has left his family in distress. As the sole breadwinner, Israel's wife and two children had been anxiously awaiting his return, but seven long months have passed without any communication.

On October 17, his wife filed a missing person report at Khowang Police Station, seeking help in locating her husband.

The family remains in despair as they await any news regarding his whereabouts.
