Digital Desk: On July 2, Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma revealed the first program wrap for her upcoming sports biopic movie, "Chakda Express." "SCHEDULE ONE DONE More to follow #ChakdaExpress," the "Zero" actor wrote in the caption of a photo she posted on Instagram.
It's a schedule wrap, the actor from "NH-1" wrote on a photograph of a cricket ball she is holding in her hand.
The "Dil Dhadakane Do" actor makes a comeback with "Chakda Express"; her most recent film, "Zero," starred Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in 2018.
"Chakda Express," a sports biopic film directed by Prosit Roy and based on the life of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, will only be available to stream on Netflix. The movie's exact release date is still pending.
Anushka announced her comeback movie with a special announcement video at the start of 2022. She will be playing cricket player for the first time in her career.
Anushka took a significant break from her career after giving birth to her daughter Vamika to spend more time with her. Now, after a protracted absence, the "Jab Harry Met Sejal" actor is ready to make a comeback.
Karnesh Sharma, Anushka's brother, will produce "Chakda Express" through his in-house production company Clean Slate Filmz.
