Guwahati: Assam reported 322 fresh covid-19 cases on Friday, taking the active caseload to 2,444. The positivity rate now stands at 0.73 percent.
The total number of covid-19 tests conducted in the last 24 hours was 43, 841.

Reportedly, three people have succumbed to covid-19 on Thursday, while 278 were recovered and discharged.
The district with the highest number of covid cases has been reported from Kamrup (Metro)-112, Barpeta-16, Kamrup Rural-23 and Jorhat-29.
The total number of recoveries of the state has reached 6,00,367 with a recovery rate of 98.40 percent.
