On Tuesday, Dr. Ranoj Pegu, State Education Minister announced that the physical classes for Class IX and class  XI will re-start from October 1 and October 19th respectively.

Likewise, Degree Colleges, Engineering colleges, Polytechnics, Teacher Training Colleges, Universities, etc shall function normally as per academic calendar from 1st of October 2021.

In the previous SOP that was issued for the re-opening of physical classes for HS final year, Degree 6th Semester and Post Graduate 4th semester, it was mentioned that the students whose classes will start can stay in the hostel from September 6 after administering 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The first, second, and third-class lessons will take place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Classes IV and V will be taught on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The school headmaster must ensure that all Covid-19 protocols are adhered to. A class will not have more than 30 students. Meetings and cultural programs will not be held on the campus and nearby the school premises.
