Digital Desk: A grenade explosion detonated near the Army camp at Kakopathar, Dirak, in the late evening of November 22.
According to reports, the incident was purportedly directed at the army camp, where two miscreants on motorcycles launched the grenades. So far, no casualties have been noted.
Near roughly 7:40 p.m., a bomb occurred in front of the 19 Grenadiers gate at Dirak gate.
The issue is being actively monitored as more information is awaited.
- In a recent update, hours after the grenade burst in the evening hours of November 22 near the Army base in Kakopathar, Dirak, Assam DGP alleged that the most recent blast is an evident attempt to divert police attention away from the ongoing investigation into the APSC Scam.
