Assam: Miscreants attack Bihu Huchori Dal, members injured

Digital Desk: Several members of Kareng Huchori Dal (group) were injured in an attack by a gang of miscreants on Friday night.

The entire scene of the vicious attack was captured on camera.

According to reports, the Huchori group was invited to the Palengi Anchalik Bihu Sanmilani at Gargaon in Assam's Sivasagar district. On their way back from the event, their vehicle was stopped by a gang of drunken youths, who attacked them with aggression.

Reportedly, the members of the Huchori group, including the bihuwas and nasonis, were beaten by the miscreants. 

Following the incident, the Kareng Huchori group filed an FIR against the miscreants at the Dimow police station.

Later, the injured were taken to a hospital for treatment.
