New Delhi: In connection with the Mizoram Rajya Sabha MP K Vanlalvena, who threatened with death warnings to Assam Police of any future dispute, the Assam police and CID sought help from Delhi police to relocate the MP as he is not in his official address, Assam police informed.


As per the Assam police, they don’t need an order of the Secretariat as they were not going to arrest the MP; they want to give him an official notice under section 41 A of CRPC to appear before the Dholai Police station, reiterated Assam Police


The Assam police notice said, “We will first serve notice to Mizo MP K Vanlilavena under section 41 A of CRPC. He will be asked to appear before Dholai police station.”


“According to rules the person to whom this notice was sent should follow its terms and should present himself in the designated place as per law.” the notice added.

Later, once again during afternoon hour a team of Assam Police reach Mizoram house in search of the MP but he was not present there, moreover, when the team handed the official notice to the Resident Commissioner of Mizoram house, he refuse to accept it.

"Resident Commissioner didn't accept the official notice, now we will paste the copy of the notice in the wall." Assam police said.


Earlier, the Mizo MP threatening the Assam police said, “Assam Police were lucky that we didn’t kill them, next if they dare to come again we will kill them all.”


Soon after this, Assam Police Special Director General GP Singh in his twitter account wrote, “@assampolice team including officers of CID are leaving for delhi to take lawful action relating to conspiracy behind the incident in light of media interview of Rajya Sabha MP Sri K Vanlalvena indicative of his active role in conspiracy.”
