Digital Desk: Mahendra Hazarika, a well-known Assamese singer, was injured after he met with a car accident on Sunday night.
The singer was reportedly travelling from Joysagar to Sivasagar in Assam when the event occurred in the early hours of last night.
Witnesses reported that the accident was caused by the car he was riding in losing control and crashing into a tree on the side of a bridge.

He was brought to a hospital where he is currently receiving care with the assistance of the neighbourhood.
