Digital Desk: Assam recorded 720 new covid-19 cases, bringing the total to 7,33,212, while the death toll climbed to 8,010 with two more fatalities, the National Health Mission (NHM) said in a bulletin. With 6,651 samples checked since Thursday, the positivity rate slightly decreased to 10.83 percent.
The previous day, Assam reported 830 covid-19 cases and two fatalities.
