The bank had already announced on Sunday that bidding on the Gadar 2 actor would start at 51.43 crore.

Digital Desk: Bank of Baroda withdrew the auction notice for BJP MP and actor Sunny Deol's property in Mumbai's Juhu area citing technical reasons. The state-owned bank gave a technical justification for the withdrawal when it made the statement on Sunday.

"Corrigendum to e-auction notice with regards to sale auction notice in respect of Mr Ajay Singh Deol alias Mr Sunny Deol stands withdrawn due to technical reasons," the Bank of Baroda.

The bank had already announced on Sunday that bidding on the Gadar 2 actor would start at 51.43 crore. The sum has a fixed minimum bid of 5.14 crore. The Sunny Villa and Sunny Sounds property in Juhu was also going up for auction. The Deol family is in charge of Sunny Sounds. A corporate guarantor for the loan is the company. The loan is personally guaranteed by Sunny Deol's father, Bollywood superstar Dharmendra.

According to the notification published on Sunday, the actor siblings still have time to pay off their outstanding debt with the bank and halt the auction. The SARFAESI Act of 2002's provisions will be used to govern the auction.

After his most recent film, Gadar 2, became a tremendous box office success, Sunny Deol's acting career had a huge boost. Even a week after its debut, the film is still breaking box office records and breaking those of high-budget films like Pathaan, War, Bajrangi Bhaijan, etc. The film, a Gadar sequel, made 41 crore rupees in India on Sunday. The first-week collection of the movie remained to be ₹284.63 crore.
