A cricket fan from China was seen in a video cheering for the Indian team in Hindi.

Digital Desk: Cricket is treated as a religion in India, and the Indian cricket team has millions of fans all over the world. The Indian men's cricket team is in Australia right now to compete in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022. Fans from all over the world have gathered to support the Men in Blue.

 

A cricket fan from China was seen in a video cheering for the Indian team in Hindi.

 

The fan said, "Bharat Mata ji jai," in a video shared by journalist Vimal Kumar. Mainly China, but also fans of the Indian cricket team. Maine Hindi khud seseekhi mujhe bharatiya sanskriti bahot pasand hai. Ek vishvidyalaya in Australia mein padhta hun. I am from China but I am a huge fan of the Indian cricket team. I learned Hindi on my own as I am very fond of the Indian culture. I am from China but I don't study there, I study in a university in Australia."

The fan then backed Team India to win the tournament, revealing that his favourite Indian player was Virat Kohli.

 

In the context of the tournament, Rohit Sharma and Co will face Bangladesh in their fourth match. India has two wins so far, against Pakistan and the Netherlands. Their only defeat came against South Africa, which Temba Bavuma and his team won by five wickets.
