Guwahati: The Assam Police has apprehended nine cadres of the newly floated militant organisation United Liberation of Bodoland (ULB) from BTR districts. A large number of incriminating documents, including demand notes, list of cadres and grenades have been recovered in various search operation.
A similar operation was carried last night by a team of Additional SP(HQ), SDPO Tamulpur, OC Goreswar and staff, and were successful in arresting one ULB cadres along with a linkman.
The team also recovered 1 live grenade, demand notes of ULB and mobile handsets from their possession.
