Mumbai: Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is under investigation of Enforcement Directorate (ED) for Rs 200 crore money laundering case, claimed that he is connected with many Bollywood celebrities, including B-town’s actresses Shilpa Shetty and Shraddha Kapoor.
As per media reports, in the disclosure statement, the conman also added that he has known Shraddha Kapoor since 2015 and helped her during the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) case.
Further, naming the other Bollywood celebs names he knows, said, “I know Harman Baweja and was planning to co-produce his next film ‘Captain’ starring Kartik Aryan.”

Chandrashekhar also mentioned in his statement that he had contacted Shilpa Shetty for her husband Raj Kundra’s conditional release. Already, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi have recorded their statement in the case as witnesses.
Last week, Chandrashekhar was confronted with his right-hand Pinky Irani, who introduced Jacqueline to Chandrashekhar, in Tihar jail, as per media reports.
The charge sheet filed by ED states that Pinky used to select expensive gifts for Jacqueline and after Chandrashekhar processed the payment, she collected it from the shops and later handed it to the glamorous actress.
