On Tuesday, a Mumbai special court denied bail to ex-policeman Riyazuddin Kazi, who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for his alleged role in the Antilia bomb scare and the Mansukh Hiran murder case.
Kazi's bail appeal was rejected by special judge AT Wankhede. No details have been released yet.

Kazi had worked closely with accused police officer Sachin Waze while he was posted with the Mumbai Crime Branch when the gelatin sticks-filled Scorpio car was found outside Antilia, the official residence of Mukesh Ambani.
Last year, Kazi's role came to light after Waze was arrested. The defendant faces charges of destroying evidence.
In addition to Kazi and Waze, other accused in the case include former encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma as well as former policemen Vinayak Shinde and Sunil Mane.
