Digital Desk: Over the past few days, Delhi has seen an increase in cases of COVID. According to information provided by the local government's Health Department, the national capital now has 1,149 new coronavirus cases with a positive rate of 23.8%.

One COVID-19 fatality was reported in the national capital. COVID-19 was not the main cause of mortality, it was added, nevertheless, the notification added.

According to data released by the Union Health Ministry, India reported 7,830 new coronavirus infections on Wednesday, a significant increase from the 5675 cases reported on Tuesday.
