The Assam Book Fair will take place at Dhemaji from November 4 to November 13 as stated by the organisers.
Digital Desk: For the first time, the Assam Publication Board (APB) and the All Assam Book Sellers' Association (AANSA) will organise the Assam Book Fair outside Guwahati at several locations throughout the state.
The book expo will be held from November 4 to 13, at Dhemaji. The Dhemaji Book Fair will be inaugurated by Education Minister Ranoj Pegu and the keynote speaker will be renowned author Yeshe Dorjee Thongchi.
The APB and AANSA will organise the book expo in Nalbari from November 8 to 19, at Jorhat from December 2 to 11, and at Guwahati from December 29 to January 9.
The publication board will deliver numerous honours to distinguished individuals in Guwahati this year.
Additionally, the association disclosed that Nalbari won't be using a ticketing system this time. 3000 renowned authors will receive free admission to Dhemaji, and students will also receive free admission.
