It is to be noted that DIG Vivekraj Singh was caught off guard on July 23 as a group of robbers stole his mobile phone while he was out for his usual morning walk in Guwahati.
Digital Desk: Guwahati Police on Thursday arrested one person for his alleged involvement in the Law and Order DIG Vivekraj Singh's mobile theft incident.
The accused has been identified as Javed Ali. He was captured by Nagarbera Police and handed over to the Hatigoan Police in Guwahati after they suspected him of being involved with the case.
It is to be noted that DIG Vivekraj Singh was caught off guard on July 23 as a group of robbers stole his mobile phone while he was out for his usual morning walk in Guwahati.
He also revealed to the police his earlier activities in which he stole mobile phones from people across Guwahati. In relation to the situation, an investigation has been started.
