Digital Desk: As many as six people were injured in a fight that broke out at a wedding function in Uttar Pradesh over shortage of rasgullas, police informed on Monday.

The incident was reported from the Shamsabad area on Sunday midnight. The injured were hospitalised and their condition is stable, reports stated. "A case has been filed after the incident, which resulted in six injuries. Those who are in the hospital are not in danger," SHO Anil Sharma of Shamsabad police station stated.

"On Sunday, there was a wedding function at the residence of Brijbhan Kushwaha... at the function, a person passed a comment on the shortage of rasgullas," he stated.

Following a fight, Bhagwan Devi, Yogesh, Manoj, Kailash, Dharmendra, and Pawan sustained injuries, according to SHO Sharma stated that during an Etmadpur wedding in October of last year, a fight broke a shortage of sweets, resulting in the death of a man.
