Digital Desk: The Bhopal-Delhi Vande Bharat Express's battery box caught fire on Monday morning, making it the most recent incident involving a Vande Bharat train. All passengers are safe, and no injuries have been reported.

At the Kurwai Kethora station in Madhya Pradesh, the incident occurred at 8 am. The train leaves Bhopal at around 5:40 am and around 1:10 pm, it arrives at Delhi's Hazrat Nizamuddin station.

"A Vande Bharat Express carriage reportedly caught fire in the battery box at Kurwai Kethora stop. When they arrived at the scene, the fire department extinguished the fire, according to a statement from Railways.

There were 20 to 22 people in the coach, and they were moved right away to other coaches. According to the official, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

According to him, the Rani Kamalapati-Hazrat Nizamuddin Vande Bharat train was promptly stopped between Kurwai and Kaithora stations in Vidisha district when some railway employees discovered the fire at around 6.45 am in the battery box of the C-12 coach.

The official reported that the fire was immediately extinguished. He claimed that the repairs were being made by railway personnel.
