Digital Desk: The first court hearing in the Zubeen Garg's death case will take place on December 16, with all seven accused required to appear in person.

The accused are expected to be presented in court early in the morning.

Among them, Shekhar Jyoti Goswami and Amritprabha will be brought from Haflong jail, while Shyamkanu Mahanta, Siddharth Sharma, and Sandipan Garg will be transported from Baksa jail.

Additionally, Zubeen Garg's two PSOs, Paresh Baishya and Nandeshwar Borah, will also appear before the court.

To ensure security, special measures have been implemented by the police.

All accused individuals will be transported to Guwahati from their respective jails the night before the hearing.

Previously, the seven accused had been presented before the court virtually on four occasions.

However, the court has now mandated their physical presence for tomorrow's proceedings.

Considering potential law and order concerns, the government may explore filing a petition to conduct the hearing via video conferencing.
