Digital Desk: On Tuesday, the Gauhati High Court welcomed five new judges, two of whom were women.
Justices Kakheto Sema, Devashish Baruah, Malasri Nandi, Marli Vankung, and Arun Dev Choudhary are among the appointed judges in Gauhati HC.
"The oath was administered by Hon'ble Justice Sandeep Mehta, Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court," stated an official release.
The Gauhati High Court now has a total of 24 judges, including the Chief Justice, after these latest appointments.
