Digital Desk: Priyanus Hazarika, a devoted National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteer representing Dibrugarh University, has been conferred the National NSS Award for the year 2022-23 by the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at a ceremony held in New Delhi.


Hailing from Golaghat district in Assam, Priyanus Hazarika is the son of Anil Hazarika and Niru Saikia.


He has been recognized for his selfless voluntary service, commitment to community development, and dedication towards supporting the underprivileged and needy.


His remarkable contribution has brought immense pride to Dibrugarh University, Golaghat district, and the State of Assam.


Hazarika’s achievement serves as a shining example of youth leadership and social commitment under the NSS motto- "Not Me But You."
