Digital Desk: The husband of the YouTuber, who was discovered hanging at her home in Guwahati's Bamunimaidam region, was caught by police on Monday.
According to sources, the husband, Pankaj Nath, has been accused of being involved in the strange death of Priyolina Nath, a YouTuber.
Notably, Priyolina was discovered dead at her home earlier today under unclear circumstances.
The deceased used to manage the YouTube account Sanggi Vlogs, where she posted videos of herself riding expensive motorcycles.
She was discovered with a rope around her neck, but her body showed various symptoms of injuries, making it difficult to assume she committed suicide.
According to reports, she married three months ago and was living in a rented apartment in Bamunimaidam with Pankaj Nath, a resident of Jamugurihat in Assam's Sonitpur district.
Furthermore, the body of the murdered woman was hauled down before the police arrived and began their investigation, generating further suspicions.
Meanwhile, the woman's family members said she was murdered. They were only notified after the post-mortem examination of her body.
"She was a YouTuber, so naturally, she was a free-spirited girl," her husband's mother said in response to the terrible situation. We have always encouraged her to pursue her dream of becoming a YouTuber. She was a little short-tempered, but even with her flaws, we adored her."
"I am heartbroken; I cannot convey what has happened in words," she said. All I want is for justice to be served on her."
