Flags are being sold by the postal service for Rs 25 each.

"With its extensive network of 1.5 lakh post offices, the Department of posts-old (DoP) has made the "Har Ghar Tiranga" initiative accessible to every person of the nation. India Post has sold more than 1 crore national flags to civilians in just 10 days through post offices and online "The declaration read.

A special campaign called "Har Ghar Tiranga" is being organized between August 13 and 15 as part of the "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" program to commemorate India's 75th anniversary of independence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated in his "Mann Ki Baat" radio address.
