Guwahati: Hojai police has shared successful news with the public after the arrest of coal mafia broker Sahidul Alam. Alam was under the eyes of Assam police for a long time.
Finally, Hojai police arrested Sahidul Alam, who was practising illegal means for coal trading. In the name of ministers and authorities, Alam has exercised such practices in the state.
He was smuggling a large quantity of coal from Assam to foreign countries. The accused is currently undergoing cross-examination at the Hojai police station.
