Indian Army, Assam Rifles, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and Manipur Police worked together to carry out this critical operation.

Digital Desk: On Sunday, the Churachandpur area of Manipur reported the recovery of a sizable quantity of weapons, ammo, and war-related materials.

In response to particular intelligence inputs, the Indian Army, Assam Rifles, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and Manipur Police worked together to carry out this critical operation.

A variety of things were successfully confiscated in this painstakingly organised combined operation. A total of 15 weapons, including 1 single barrel weapon and 14 improvised mortars, were found in the recovered armoury, along with numerous other warlike components.

On September 15, another cache of weapons and ammunition was found in Thoubal during a similar operation. The joint operation, which included the Assam Rifles and Thoubal Police, searched the general vicinity of Kwarok Maring and found other weapons and militaria.

All of the recovered objects were then given to the local authorities.
