The incident occurred on the first delivery of Bangladesh's first innings' thirteenth over. Siraj and Das got into a verbal argument while he was delivering his second over of the new spell.

Digital Desk: The first Test match between Team India and Bangladesh took place in Chattogram, and the Men in Blue dominated the Bangla Tigers. Despite being neighbours, Litton Das and Mohammed Siraj's statements on Day 2 caused some tension between the two sides.

The gesture that Das had made at the Indian bowler was later repeated by Virat Kohli, the former Indian captain, as well as Siraj, who had cleaned up Das.

The incident occurred on the first delivery of Bangladesh's first innings' thirteenth over. Siraj and Das got into a verbal argument while he was delivering his second over of the new spell.

Das cupped his ears and teased the Indian pacer after Siraj shouted something to him. The umpire got involved and told the players to keep calm. The very next pitch was a gem of a delivery from Siraj that utterly tricked Das, edged off his bat, and rattled the stumps.

Siraj and Kohli both made the same celebratory gesture as Litton Das earlier when the Bangladesh batsman made his way back to the dugout. Siraj cupped his ears emphatically. A video of the incident has gone viral like crazy.

Take a look at the Video:

The KL Rahul-led team started to play on Day 2 at 276/6 after scoring 404 runs earlier in their first innings.

The 86 runs that Shreyas Iyer scored were fantastic, and they helped India reach a challenging target. Ravichandran Ashwin then scored a fifty, and he also put together a 92-run partnership with Kuldeep Yadav.

Bangladesh's score in response was 97-5 after 29 overs.
