At the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Cricket Stadium in Raipur, India defeated the meagre target of 109 in 20.1 overs, with Shubman Gill contributing a good knock of 40 not out. Earlier, India bowled out New Zealand for 108 runs thanks to the efforts of Mohammed Shami, Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, and Kuldeep Yadav.
