India also reported 67 fatalities, bringing the overall death toll from COVID-19 to 5, 25,997.

Digital Desk: India has reported 21,411 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) said on Saturday.

With these new cases, the total number of active cases in the country has reached 1, 50, 100.

Notably, the new cases were discovered as a result of 4,802,202 tests completed in the previous 24 hours, totaling 87.21 crores.

India also reported 67 fatalities, bringing the overall death toll from COVID-19 to 5, 25,997.

Additionally, 20,726 recoveries from COVID-19 in India were recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4, 31, 92,379 overall.

It is to be noted that the percentage of active cases is currently 0.34 percent, and the recovery rate is 98.46 percent. The weekly positivity rate, like the daily positivity rate, is 4.46 percent.
