Mr. Suki has talked about how taking up running ultramarathons has given him a new lease on life since relocating to Australia in 2016.
Digital Desk: Sukant Singh Suki, a 33-year-old man recently achieved a feat that most people would find unfathomable. At the world's most difficult marathon, Delirious West in Australia, he completed 350 kilometres in 102 hours and 27 minutes. The Delirious West was held between February 8 and February 12, 2023.
Also, Mr. Suki uploaded a video on his YouTube account showing him valiantly completing the marathon. At the finish line, people can be heard cheering the man. He discussed his adventure and how he covered a 350 km run in another video. In the video, he said that this marathon was among the toughest in the entire world.
The man said, "It's a mind game, and sometimes you give up. "The hardest thing for me was going four nights without sleep because your brain stops functioning. I recall having such a difficult time on days 2, 3, and 4. But, the event's volunteers were vital in my ability to complete this challenge."
He revealed that in 2020, he was disqualified at 204 kilometres. Over the past six months, Mr. Suki put in a lot of training. "I finished the challenge despite being one of the last four people to do so."
Since moving to Australia in 2016, Mr. Suki has spoken with SBS Hindi about how running ultramarathons has given him a new lease on life.
It is to be noted that he has also written books like "Limitless People" and "Chasing Genius."
