Jaipur: Indian families are usually overwhelmed after hearing news of birth of a baby boy. The common scenario though is enshrined in the Indian society due to the patriarchal notions that still continues to rule over the mindset of the people, yet there are few others who do rejoice at the birth of a baby girl in their family. Well, here is a story of this particular family in Rajasthan, who hired a chopper to welcome their newborn baby girl home.

The family booked the chopper to bring the baby girl and her mother home as she was born into the family after a gap of 35 long years. Hanuman Prajapat and his wife Chuki Devi met their daughter-in-law two months ago in Rajasthan's Nagaur district hospital where she gave birth to a baby girl. From the hospital, the woman went to her parents' house in Harsolav village with the baby. On the auspicious occasion of Ramnavami, the Prajapat decided to bring both the mother and the baby to their home.
