Digital Desk: According to the creators, the trailer for KGF: Chapter 2 will be released on March 27 at 6:40 PM. As the release date of the next magnum opus, April 14, approaches, the creators have confirmed the release date of the trailer. KGF: Chapter 2 is directed by Prashanth Neel and stars Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj in key roles. According to sources, the theatrical rights to the film have been increased to around 60 crores. Several performers from the previous film will reprise their roles in the sequel, including Bollywood heavyweights Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist Adheera and Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen. The film will be released in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam, among other languages. The film's climactic moments were shot in Hyderabad. Ramoji Film City created a distinctive set for this film. As fans eagerly await the film, the Telugu theatrical rights to the sequel have been purchased for Rs 20 crore. Meanwhile, the Hindi rights were sold for Rs 44 crores. The fictitious mob thriller, produced by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, was scheduled to premiere on October 23, 2020, but was postponed due to the pandemic. The release date was again slated for July 16, 2021, however the developers were forced to postpone it once more. Earlier, on the occasion of Yash's birthday, the film's creators released a new poster showcasing the actor. The actor appeared to be wearing an intense expression in the poster.
