The book was previously released at a gathering in Panjabari with renowned figures in attendance, presided over by Nagen Bhuyan, retired Additional Director, Economics and Statistics, Government of Assam.

Kanukanta Sen's poetry collection, titled "Jivanar Agnisikha," was unveiled today at Cotton University during an alumni event to which Mr. Sen was invited. The book in no time became quite well-liked among readers who purchased it from the author. Mr. Sen claimed that in addition to giving away copies of the book, he also contributed copies to the District Library that served the area.



After the poetry book was revealed, the author expressed his joy and said that it was a moment he will never forget, one that will always make him smile and light up inside.
