Lawrence Bishnoi, a suspect in the Moose Wala murder case, allegedly sent a sharpshooter with a small-bore weapon hidden in a modified hockey casing to assassinate Salman Khan.

Digital Desk: An effort was made to kill Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, reports said. As the investigation into the daylight murder of Sidhu Moose Wala continues, this is one of the most horrible details to emerge.

Investigators unearthed some previously uncovered information during the inquiry into the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. A sharpshooter came within inches of shooting him outside his residence, but Salman Khan was reportedly saved by a whisker.

As per the reports of Times Network, Lawrence Bishnoi, a suspect in the Moose Wala murder case, allegedly sent a sharpshooter with a small-bore weapon hidden in a modified hockey casing to assassinate Salman Khan. The assassin was reportedly planted outside the actor's house, but he backed out at the last minute.

Lawrence Bishnoi and his team did a recon of Salman Khan and discovered that the star does not ride his bike with security guards in the morning. Salman Khan's assassins knew he was vulnerable at the moment and created a plot to eliminate him.

It should be noted that on D-Day as the sharpshooters were going to carry out their plan and Salman Khan was about to leave his residence that morning, a Mumbai Police escort stationed at his gate engaged with him because he had a public engagement that day.

Notably, this alarmed the sharpshooter and his companions and they concluded that now was not the time to carry out their plan. The sharpshooter was told to abandon the plan because they were afraid of being arrested by authorities.
