Ambala, Haryana: The Police of Ambala is found to punish all those who have violated the lockdown norms in Haryana. The violators are made to do heavy squats on the roads on Tuesday.

The violators were left with a warning.  With the rising cases of Covid in the state, the authorities have used various methods to enforce the guidelines.

Chief Minister M L Khattar said there is no need for people to panic. The Chief Minister requested all to avoid creating an environment of terror and asked them to rather play a positive role in this struggle against the pandemic.

The Haryana government on Monday imposes a 7-day complete lockdown in Haryana till May 10.
