Digital Desk: Shortly after a major security breach in Parliament, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla issued a letter to all members of Parliament, expressing great concern.
Birla also notified House members that he had appointed a high-level inquiry committee to conduct an in-depth examination into the incident.

The Lok Sabha Speaker further stated that a high-powered committee has been formed to assess security concerns in the Parliament Complex and come up with a realistic action plan to prevent future tragedies.
