On Sunday, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit Assam's Sonitpur...

Digital Desk: National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reported an earthquake of magnitude 3.6 struck the Assam district of Sonitpur on Sunday.

The quake struck at approximately 11.35 a.m., at a depth of 5 km.

The NCS tweeted, "Earthquake of Magnitude:3.6, Occurred on 11-06-2023, 11:35:58 IST, Lat: 26.72 & Long: 92.47, Depth: 5 Km, Location: Sonitpur, Assam, India."

Fortunately, no casualties or property damage have been reported as of yet.
